A quick look at the Stampin' Up! catalog shows at least nine cutting tools! That is a lot to taken in. Have you ever wondered why there are so many kinds? Or what they are all for? Also, anyone who has been to one of my workshops or classes knows that I'm a little particular with my scissors.
